Summit Community Bank is an independently owned and operated full service community bank. Summit Community Bank is affiliated with the Peoples Bank of Wisconsin which was founded in Hayward, Wisconsin in 1925. Michael O'Meara owner of Peoples Bank of Wisconsin along with Kevin Whelan, Kevin Kelly, and Dan Riebe founded Summit Community Bank in 2007.
